  Tried 3times toget glasses correct, still can'tuse. $450. later & they had the nerve totell meit was because Ibought the cheap glasses, Idon't think $450. Ischeap! VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEY WILL NOT DOANYTHING TOHELP, NOREFUND, WILL NOT SEND OFF AGAIN. STUCK WITH APAIR OFGLASSES ICANT WEAR

  WOW!! Ican not say enough good things!! The ladies upfront were professional fast and courteous. The optometrist was EXTREMELY thorough. hespent alot oftime making sure myprescription would beperfect. Also taking time toexplain the state ofthe art pictures takin ofmy eyes. Ifyou are tired ofthe rude hurry upget itdone department store treatment… then you have tocheck this placeout! Professionalism atit* BEST!!!

  this was myfirst time atpearle vision ingeneral and itwas avery good experience. nowait time for mebesides filling out the paperwork. the doctor even educated meon different diseases ofthe eyes with adiagram and all and Ithought that was neat. even after completing myexam and hecame upwith myprescription, iasked him tochange myone side alittle stronger and hedid without hesitation and understood why and herechecked the new prescription through another small exam. pick uptime for both contacts and glasses were less than aweek and that was great. Iwill definitely begoing back for future exams.… – show

  This isthe only Optometrist Ihave been going tofor the past 15+ years. Heknows exactly how toprescribe the perfect pair ofglasses forme. Ihad togo toanother Optometrist before because ofinsurance, and Iwas not satisfied. Iwill only goto.Dr. Neiman. The girls that work there, are sonice and friendly. They always take their time with their patients. They help mepick out frames that look good inmy face. They are sopatient. Very friendly atmosphere. The store manager isawesome! She always goout ofher way for the patients. Iwould highly recommend this Optometrists and his office toanyone! 10star rating!!… – show

  Great Experience!!
  I have been apatient/customer for alittle over 3years. The staff has been very helpful even during the Covid disruptions with anupdated eye prescription.
  As has happened inthe past, today Ihad anissue with the frames (my fault again), soI called the location atthe Uniontown mall and spoke with Melika. She listened and gave meoptions onwhat they coulddo, everything done in5minutes. Very happy with the results.

  It's been over 2months and Istill donot have contacts. I've been inthree times, left with adifferent prescription each time. The second pair was the closest tobeing satisfactory.
  Because Ididn't want togo through the whole ordeal aFOURTH time, Iasked ifthe doctor would just order ayear's supply ofthe second pair soI could bedone withit. The woman atthe desk said that she would ask the doctor and let meknow. Two weeks later, Ihaven't received acall. Ijust called back today and was instantly disconnected before speaking toanyone. DONOT GOHERE!!!!… – show
