There are a few basic rules of physics that we generally depend upon, gravity being one of the big ones. What goes up must come down, right? Well, that’s not always the case, or at least it doesn’t appear to be the case at Gravity Hill in Pennsylvania. A bizarre optical illusion causes objects to appear to roll uphill on this innocuous-looking road outside of Pittsburgh. It is a popular spot for curious visitors who wish to experience this sensation firsthand.
McKinney Road is located in Allison Park, not far from Pittsburgh. It is the site of just one Gravity Hill in Pennsylvania. (There's another in Bedford.) If you visit the road and put your car in neutral, your car will appear to slowly roll uphill.
However, it's important to note that if you want to experience gravity hill, you must ensure that it is safe to stop your car and that no other cars are behind you. Only put your car in neutral when it is safe to do so and see what happens.

Are there haunted battlefields in Pennsylvania?
For one of the greatest Pennsylvania mysteries, make your way to the Gettysburg Battlefield. The battlefield, of course, was the site of one of the most famous battles of the Civil War. During the Battle of Gettysburg, many of those who were killed were left unburied or were buried then moved. The haunted battlefield in Pennsylvania lays claim to several paranormal stories. Stop by Devil’s Den, for example, where you might be approached by a man in a floppy hat, who offers to take a photo with visitors. However, the moment the camera snaps, the man disappears. Even more odd? He never shows up in the visitors’ photographs.
What are the weirdest things about Pennsylvania?
You’ll find some pretty weird places in Pennsylvania, not necessarily because they’re weird but for the stories behind them. Take Kecksburg, for example. It’s the home of the Space Acorn. Yep, you read right. Local legend has it that, in the 1960s, a UFO landed in a field in Kecksburg. Officials quickly removed the unidentified object, which they claimed was a meteorite. Years later, the popular television show Unsolved Mysteries would arrive in town to shoot a story about the UFO. As part of the episode, they created a replica of the UFO (the space acorn as it’s called today). Today, people from all over visit the space acorn and the town for its annual UFO Festival.
