  ~12:15pmET Internet went down, I checked the “My Account” Xfinity ios app as I was told in past that Comcast would give notifications/warnings via that app. No notification received but app said Internet was down for the next three hours.

  Very upset w/ my #Comcast svc tonight during the #iumbb game -DVR playback was glitchy & skipped ALOT - several times during crucial moments. DVR ff & rew was awful also. @comcastcares this makes multiple x’s in < 1 month! Thought you were fixing this!
