well at least the rims last longer than 100tkm - so you dont need to replace everything between the driver and the street ;D

the acceleration times seems to be the ones for M3 CSL (with 360PS) and not for the "standard" M3 with 343PS.
0-100 is 5.2 s

For some reason I think most of you guys are claiming to own M3's so cut the bull because I was racing my M3 last night & its still standard & I kicked cars with chips & Turbo's 0-200 in that thing is like nothing, gather your information before preaching about what you don't know

1565kg includes a 75kg driver so relative to most car weights out there, this car weighs 1495kg. = 226bhp per ton

The e46 M3 is faster then a z06 c5. Simple do the math. its 3050lbs. Underrated 360hp with only a stock Inline 6 motor. The CSL M3 3.2 L S54 motor is still the most powerful i6 N/A production motor out. Just an M3 motor with cam/intake. High compression 11:5:1 an cast Iron strong. The specs are all from Wikipedia. Check it. BMW also makes the motor for the mclaren F1 former faster car in the world. Still the fastest N/A production car in world. s70/2 v12 with 627bhp all motor.

0-100mph and 16.8s 0-200km/h is correct too...
this numbers was reached by auto motor und sport in a test in 01/2003 were they tested the the M3 with 18" wheels unfortunatily they have not the data of such old test online anymore :/

Ha-ha! There is NO way in hell the E46 runs 0-124mph (0-200kph) in 16.8 secs when the new 09' Porsche Cayman S takes 17 seconds! The Cayman S (2009+) runs the ¼ mile in 12.7-12.9@110-111mph but is somehow SLOWER (17.0 vs. 16.8) to 124.xx mph (0-200kph) than the E46 M3?? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry not going to happen.

Tried to find the auto motor und sport article with no success. I came upon this article though, stating 5.2 s 0-100 km/h

Best moddable car ever. Best sounding straight-piped exhaust, hands down apart from the VRA CGT. 1046rwhp with a simple $25k turbo kit and some new cams, intake and other stuff. It also looks superb when you lower it and put some 19's on. Definitely, IMO, best M3 ever.

That may be true, but like i said, ALOT of people, Whithin those 3 countrys will not know the difference, u have torque/Nm u have lbs/kg u have Kw/Bhp/Ps, but no 0-60mph/0-100kmh? and alot of people come from those nations who are on this site, thats why you should put them, also most care that are newly added always have the 0-60mph times added instead of the 0-100kmh time added, do you not go everyday without getting the 0-100kmh time mixed with the 0-60mph time? so if you have both metric And omperial times listed with the other stats you should put them in the performance stats as well.
